Cocktail Hour: We invite you to experience the Magical Cocktail Hour, where roving servers from Gary’s Place, the Holbrooke Hotel, Tess’ Kitchen, and Tofanelli’s tempt you to savor delectable bites from their downtown Grass Valley restaurants. The no-host bar features local wines, beers, cider, and a specialty drink, all perfectly paired with the delectable bites.
Dinner: At your table, raise a glass with a sparkling champagne toast, then delight in a dining hour featuring farm-to-table cuisine artfully crafted by celebrated Chef Antonio—a symphony of locally sourced ingredients.
