What is the Super Series?An Organised Play program like you’ve never seen. Wizards of the Coast in conjunction with Let's Play Games brings back professional and competitive play for Magic: The Gathering Trading Card Game in Australia and New Zealand.
The ANZ Magic Super Series is for the Australian and New Zealand Magic: The Gathering communities. It is designed to bring the community together to run competitive tabletop Magic events and be a pathway for players to attain greatness by reaching the Pro Tour and beyond!
When: 25th October 2025 - 10am
Where: Shop 3/132 Dawson Street Lismore 2480
Entry: $40 per participant
There will be a maximum of 32 players allowed for this event due to popularity and limited stock of the set. BOOKING IS REQUIRED
However, in accordance with the ANZ Super series cycle there is a minumum of 8 required to begin the event.
Format: Standard Constructed
Standard games are one-on-one with a 60 card minimum for the main deck (up to 15 card sideboard). Winner is determined either by best of one, or best of three games. These games should last standard length for a game (about 20 minutes on average).
Top 8 Cut
"Top 8 cut" means that after a certain number of Swiss rounds, the top 8 players with the best records advance to a single-elimination playoff to determine the winner.
Prizes: Play for exclusive promos
Participants will recieve a "Shoot the Sheriff (nonfoil)" Promo card.
Participants will recieve x2 Spiderman Play Booster packs.
Top 8 store qualifiers will recieve a Laughing Jasper Flint (non-foil)
The Store Qualifier Winner will recieve the foil Laughing Jasper Flint (foil) as well as a Regional Championship invite in a Golden Envelope.
The winner must provide their contact details to the staff on the day, so that it can be forwarded onto the ANZ Qualifiers. We will need their full name and email address.
