Come, celebrate, bringing in the new year with BrownSugaBandages (Kemiko) & Metamorphosis Esthetics (Sarah) for a day retreat, where it is all about you. Start the day off with a relaxing yet inviting Kemetic yoga practice with Kemiko and learn the pastures of the ancient Egyptians, learn breathing techniques and morning movements, then shift into a customized DIY facial routine that will leave your skin feeling soft, smooth and vibrant. Take home products that are meant just for you

Participants will learn how to create a framed vision board that will help manifest your intentions, values, life long or short term goals for 2023.

Enjoy a variety of bites and a Mimosa bar to assist with creativity (can’t be creative on an empty stomach ?)

Wait, that’s not all special guest The Plant Nanny (Tonisha) will show the participants how to get grounded for the new year with an intention setting exercise using plants, nature and your own intuition .
