Free street parking on Echo Park Ave and adjoining neighborhoods (lots on Echo park Ave & Sunset).

The Majic Factory is a 7500sf indoor/outdoor campus in the heart of Echo Park, on Echo Park Lake. The Majic Factory is located in the original Echo Park Clubhouse & Library built in 1908 (This is where silent screen legends Charlie Chaplin, Mary Pickford and Douglas Fairbanks would hang out.) Our property features a grand indoor reception hall with an 18' vaulted ceiling, Sapphire Room (Green Room), full kitchen, outdoor patios, recording studio, offices, and a whimsical garden/orchard, including: citrus, avocado, apple, mango, fig and pomegranate trees. And to top it off - plenty of free parking!
