Join us for an immersive, hands-on workshop where you'll learn the ancient art of fermentation. LIMITED PLACES - ONLY 8 TICKETS AVAILABLE
Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or just curious about fermentation, this workshop is designed to unpack the magic of this ancient technique so you can start being the master of your own fermenting journey & making the most of your fruit and vegetables. Our Founder, Pia, will guide you through the fascinating world of fermented foods, providing you with the knowledge and confidence to create your own delicious and healthy fermented products at home. There are only 8 places, so get in quick!
What You'll Learn:
The Basics of Fermentation: Understand the processes behind fermentation and why it's beneficial for your health and such a beautiful craft to master.
Recipe Creation: Learn 3 different recipes, plus gain the confidence to experiment with your own unique recipes using a variety of ingredients and flavors.
Safety and Preservation: Discover best practices for ensuring your fermented foods are safe and delicious.
Workshop Highlights:
Hands on experience: Engage in hands-on activities where you'll prepare and start your own fermentation projects.
Take-Home Creations: Leave with your own jars of fermented goodies, along with recipes and tips for continuing your fermentation journey at home.
What you'll be making and taking home:
You'll be working with Pia to make three different recipes. Each of these can be used as a fantastic base recipe that you can then experiment with when you get home.
> Rhubarb Cider - unbelievably tasty, this recipe can be used with lots of different fruits, and you'll be completely hooked. The
perfect recipe to perfect before spring and summer!
> Krout - a staple ferment, that tastes better than any standard store purchased version.
> Fermented Chilli - the most delicious jar of chilli paste that you'll be using on everything!
