Magic of Botanical Mixology

Workshop : A journey into herbs and botanicals, including their history, health benefits, uses in fermentation and brewing, and ethical sourcing/foraging practices.

Class Features: Instruction on botanicals, tactile introduction to herbs, samples of teas, tinctures, botanical beers, and mocktails/cocktails, foraging tips, and a follow-up PDF of information and recipes.

Past Success: The presentation was chosen for the 2024 Pink Boots Society conference, attracting over 200 attendees and being voted "Favorite Presentation."
