Candle Magic Mediation-

During this mystical meditation we will create a powerful connection to the Higher Power of our own unique understanding. We will focus on the chakra system to heal and energize the energetic field with the magical power of Reiki.

Divine Imagery-

Therapeutic Imagery is a fascinating approach at unlocking the subconscious mind...where all our answers reside. We will embark on stimulating storytime journeys where our own personal imagery will be honored and expanded for stress reduction and healing.

Divine Yoga Nidra-

Yoga Nidra with affirmations is a gentle, sleep based guided meditation practice. Resolve sleep issues, manifest intentions, increase creativity and experience peace. Yoga Nidra is accessible to everyone...no yoga or meditation experience.

Classes held at the Venice V Hotel located in the heart of Venice Beach. Valet parking...only a few spots available. Uber or Lyft recommended. Doors open 15 minutes before class. When you arrive ask reception to guide you to the Divine Self Love theatre room. Feel free to bring blankets, eye covers and wear comfortable clothes.
