We are excited to host the Magic City Games Power hour at M4G this winter!
Magic City games is a competition in AL, and they are taking their spirit on the road! Magic Hour is a 60-minute community workout designed for all fitness levels. It’s not about competition—it’s about connection, fun, and celebrating what makes your gym special.
All are welcome - even if you are not an M4G member! We will do a partner workout, some fun challenges with our teams, and then the Magic City team will bring coffee and treats for everyone to enjoy!
If you are a guest at M4G please come early to sign our waiver prior to 9:30 am ;-).
