The concert is FREE to attend. The transportation fare covers your round-trip charter bus ride only.
Early Bird: $40 through October 18
Regular Fare: $50 beginning October 19
Space is limited, so reserve your seat early.
Transportation is round-trip only. Riders must return to the same city and pickup location from which they departed.

What Your Transportation Ticket Includes
The Magic City Classic Tailgate Concert is FREE to attend. The $40/$50 ticket price is for round-trip transportation only.
- Round-trip charter transportation from your selected departure city
- Transportation to the Birmingham Race Course
- Return transportation to your original departure location following the concert
- On-site transportation check-in and support
No concert admission ticket is required.
Important Rider Information
Please select the correct departure city when purchasing your ticket. Transportation capacity is managed separately for each location, and tickets are valid only for the departure city selected at purchase.
Do not report directly to the Birmingham Race Course for transportation. Riders must report to the pickup location associated with the city selected on their ticket.
Riders are responsible for being at the designated loading area at the required departure and return times.
Buses will depart as scheduled and cannot be held for late arrivals.
Coolers and alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the buses or the concert venue.
Please bring a lawn chair for the concert.
Clear purses/bags are required for entry.
If you require an accessibility accommodation for transportation, please indicate that during registration.
Tickets are tied to the departure city selected at purchase. Riders must depart from and return to the same pickup location. Switching return locations or returning to a different city is not permitted.
Return buses will depart after the final performance and conclusion of the concert. No specific return departure time is guaranteed.
Transportation Terms & Acknowledgment
By purchasing a transportation ticket, riders acknowledge that they are voluntarily participating in round-trip charter transportation to and from the Magic City Classic Tailgate Concert.
Riders are responsible for arriving at the designated pickup and return locations by the published boarding and departure times. Buses will depart as scheduled and cannot be held for late arrivals.

Penny Foundation is not responsible for personal items that are lost, stolen, left unattended, or left on the bus or at any pickup, parking, or event location.
Riders are responsible for following all instructions provided by event staff, transportation personnel, venue personnel, and security.
Disruptive, unsafe, threatening, or unlawful behavior may result in denial of boarding or removal from transportation, subject to applicable law and safety requirements.
Riders acknowledge that transportation and event participation involve ordinary risks associated with travel, crowds, walking, boarding and exiting vehicles, and participation in a large public event.
In the event of an emergency, riders should immediately notify transportation or event staff and follow all emergency instructions.
Refund & Missed Departure Policy
All transportation ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Riders are responsible for arriving at the designated pickup location in time to complete check-in and boarding before the scheduled departure time.
If you miss your scheduled departure, your transportation ticket is forfeited and no refund, credit, or transfer will be issued.
The same rule applies to the return trip. Riders must be at the designated return loading area by the announced boarding time.
If you miss the return bus, Penny Foundation is not responsible for arranging or paying for alternate transportation.
