The largest act of political activism in the LGBTI world is the main event at the Pride celebrations: the LGBTI Pride March on 1 July 2023 starting at 8 pm. This march runs along one of the main roads in the city from Atocha (Paseo del Prado by the Botanical Garden) to Colón to demand tolerance and equality for the LGTBI collective.
Under the slogan "Embracing family diversity: equal rights." It will once again ensure that the city of Madrid and Pride the largest in Europe continues to be an international benchmark for Peace Equality Diversity Inclusion and Freedom.
The march is the main event at Madrid Pride and is organised by COGAM(Lesbian Gay Transgender and Bisexual Collective of Madrid) and FELGTB (Lesbian Gay Transgender and Bisexual Federation).
