This Novenmber, the Madison West Coast Swing Club is bringing instructors Eric Nava (he/him) and Rachel Mercedes Neiswender (she/hers) to teach a Workshop Weekend and host a Saturday night social dance at MYArts! More information about the workshop lessons will be posted in a separate event. Eric Nava resides in Chicago and has been teaching WCS in Chicagoland since 2012. He is a fun and enthusiastic dance instructor who is always excited to teach and inspire students of all ages and levels.
Rachel resides in Illinois and has been teaching dance for over 15 years. She is the 2019 UCWDC (United Country Western Dance Council) Open Division 1 World Champion and currently competes in the Masters Division with Eric Nava.
Saturday November 16th,
7:00 PM - 8:00 PM - Intermediate Dance Lesson
8:00 PM - 10:30 PM - Social Dancing
There will be a "beginner crash course" at the same time as the Intermediate Dance Lesson.
We accept cash at the door or credit card payment on our website.
**Please note we will post a separate event about the workshop event. The workshop event will include opportunities to register for classes only, or a full pass option that includes admission to the social dance.**
