Madelyn Ilana
Madelyn ilana is a singer-songwriter, violinist, healing artist, and community leader based in Asheville, North Carolina. Her music lives at the intersection of dream-folk, art-pop, sacred sound, and poetic storytelling. Weaving together original songs, improvised violin soundscapes, and spoken word, Madelyn creates immersive performances that are as emotionally raw as they are soulfully spacious — inviting listeners into presence, reflection, and transformation.
With roots in classical violin, Madelyn began writing music on guitar in her early twenties, opening a new door to creative freedom and personal voice. Her sound draws comparisons to Joni Mitchell, Adrianne Lenker, and My Brightest Diamond, blending intricate melodies, lyrical depth, and experimental textures.
This concert marks the release of her third album, Seeker — an anthology of spiritual longing, catharsis, devotion, and the search for wholeness. Inspired by contemplative practice, solitude in nature, and a lifelong relationship with sound as medicine, the album is both deeply personal and universally resonant.
Madelyn will be joined by a full band of collaborators from the album, including Chris Rosser, Charles Furtado, Jahidi Vibes, Eylem Basaldi, Paloma Devi, and more to be announced.
