Join barre3 Grand Rapids at CityFlatsHotel for Made to Move. A morning of mindful movement, local makers, and meaningful connection.
We'll kick things off at 10:00 AM with a FREE barre3 Signature 45 class, blending strength, cardio, and mindfulness into a full-body workout designed to help you feel strong and balanced.
Our classes are designed for all levels, with options throughout class so you can move in a way that feels supportive and empowering for your body. No props or barre3 experience necessary. Bring a yoga mat + water and come ready to move.
After class, stay awhile. Shop a collection of local makers, connect with our community, grab a mimosa or charcuterie box, freshen up before heading out, and then start your ArtPrize exploration downtown!
