Join us for a talk by Denise Hulett of the Houston Community College Fashion Archive on Italian fashions from the mid-1900s to the present.Join us Wednesday, April 9th for a journey through Italian fashion from the mid-1900s through the present day with ICCC Houston and Denise Hulett of the Houston Community College Fashion Archive . Blending tradition with innovation, Italian fashion is more than just clothes—it's a philosophy of life and an important expression of cultural identity. From Armani to Versace, we'll explore the global influence of the most famous Italian fashion designers.
About the Presenter
Denise Hulett has been with Houston Community College for over 15 years and has worked as a professor of history, humanities and library and information science. For the past three years, Denise has brough her love of fashion and history to the Houston Community College Fashion Archive, one of the largest fashion archives in the state. The HCC Fashion Archive serves as a learning tool for HCC fashion students as well as the greater Houston community.
