Madden/Campbell/Townsend/Lane-Ellard: We are Family Reunion - 2022

Come join us for 2-days filled with love, laughter, fun and fellowship, as we reconnect, reminisce on old times, create new memories, and bridge the gap between generations. Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, games and good vibes!

We'll learn family history, celebrate summer birthdays, enjoy competitive and fun-filled games, eat good food and have a grand ole time, like the good ole days!

Whether it's a flag-football game, a few rounds of dominoes, a cool down with a water balloon fight, or a game of family feud, there will be a number of opportunities for you to build bonds, bound by our everlasting and unbreakable ancestral blood connection, which connects our souls!

ADDITIONAL EVENT DETAILS **PRIZES AVAILABLE**:

1) Talent Showcase: We’re calling all family members with a talent they’d like to showcase (spoken word, dance, song, instrument, etc.) to participate in the talent showcase at Woodward Park on Saturday, August 6th. A special prize will be given to the winner.

2) Dessert Bake-off: Come show off your baking skills in a bake-off at Woodward Park on Saturday, August 6th. Desserts will be served potluck style, so we need your participation! Bring your best dessert and the winner receives a prize!

3) Family Reunion T-Shirt – Customized t-shirts will be available PRE-ORDER ONLY. Additional order details will be coming soon!

Note: Be sure that you bring all materials/equipment needed for your talent showcase, as we’ll be at a park, so additional accommodations won’t be available/might be limited. If you’re bringing a dessert, please ensure it is stored sufficiently, given the Fresno heat conditions! Please see Undralyn Williams if you have any questions!

ITEMS & DONATIONS NEEDED:

It takes a village, so we’re asking for your help with the following:

1) Please bring games, chairs, tents, canopies & blankets to accommodate your family. If you are bringing a CANOPY/GAME, please contact Undralyn Williams, so that we don’t buy extra items that aren’t needed.

2) Please Cash App $UndieCherae (Undralyn Williams) with donations. While we are hosting this event free to our family, that doesn’t come without substantial costs to the family event planners. Please provide donations for the event – everything helps!

Please RSVP via Eventbrite to help us best management a head count for food and accommodations, no later than July 5th 2022.

MEAL NOTE: Meal tickets will ONLY be given to family members who RSVP by 07/5/2022 with an ACCURATE count of the number of attendees in their family. Family members with meal tickets will be given priority over food distributed at the event. Those who do not RSVP by the deadline will have access to the buffet AFTER all attendees who RSVP’d by the deadline! On the day of the event, please present your electronic tickets you received after registering via Eventbrite; alternatively, you can print out your tickets as well. Meal tickets will be given to those who present their tickets issued via Eventbrite.

**Note: While food will be provided, please feel free to bring your favorite dish to add to what we have!**
