Mad Lab: Asian Street Food & Cocktail Experience (Cooking + Mixology Class)

This isn’t your typical cooking or cocktail class. Mad Lab: Asian Street Food & Cocktail Experience is an immersive food and cocktail experience where guests enter the lab for an evening of hands-on cooking, curated cocktails, and flavor discovery.

Once admitted, guests will move through the experience based on their clearance level, unlocking access to the kitchen and cocktail station while exploring bold flavors through a fun and interactive flavor pairing quiz. The result is a high-energy night of food, drinks, music, and connection.

The culinary portion of the experience will be led by Chef Vino, known for his standout egg rolls, while Mixology in the D will guide guests through the interactive mixology portion.

Inside the lab, guests will prepare egg rolls as the appetizer course and enjoy 2 full egg rolls, followed by chicken or shrimp fried rice, and finish with peach cobbler wontons for dessert.

Guests will also have the opportunity to mix one paired cocktail during the experience while enjoying a total of 2 cocktails and 1 jello shot throughout the evening. A live DJ will keep the energy up as guests sip, cook, mingle, and move through each phase of the experience.
