Welcome to the MACV Arlington House Ribbon Cutting Open House!

Join us at 712 Larpenteur Ave E for a day of celebration and community. Witness the official ribbon-cutting ceremony for our newly renovated Arlington House. Explore the facilities, meet our team, and learn about the services we offer to support veterans in need. About Arlington House: Arlington House, a property donated by a fellow homeless service nonprofit in St. Paul, was acquired by MACV in September 2022. Following extensive renovations, Arlington House will feature 11 housing units, including 10 single-dwelling units, 5 of which are accessible. Additionally, a community center will offer computers, a rec room, a pool table, a kitchen, laundry, and a workout room. Above the community center, there will be a three-bedroom apartment for a veteran family.

Arlington House is strategically located to support long-term success for its residents, with excellent access to public transportation and a high walkability score. The project is part of MACV's expanded permanent supportive housing programs, which aim to provide dignified housing solutions for veterans facing significant barriers to traditional housing.
