Macon TNT is a day for transplant patients to network with others while learning about health updates and wellness tools from leading transplant physicians and professionals.
The Macon TNT is free for dialysis patients, transplant candidates, recipients, living donors, and one guest.
PRE-REGISTRATION is REQUIRED by Friday, April 19.
