With Thanksgiving right around the corner, we hope you can join us for our November Macomb FAN Forum as we focus on the power of gratitude and how it benefits everyoneโnot just those in recovery. FAN Outpatient Therapist Jenn will lead us in a therapeutic gratitude game, Erin from the FAN team will share a meaningful family gratitude tradition, and Peer Recovery Coach Adam will be speaking as well. We'll also have free gratitude journals for all attendees andโlast but not leastโfree pizza from the Original Carlo's Pizza in Clinton Township! Gratitude has been shown to increase happiness, reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and even strengthen physical health. So, come connect, reflect, and discover how embracing gratitude can transform your outlook, and improve every single day.
