MACHO Weekend Pass 2026, Vancouver Pride.

Last year we sold out Weekend Passes. Our first Pride weekend came in strong with packed rooms, unreal energy, and a new standard for the city.

All ticket prices are listed before taxes and fees. GST, venue facility fees, service charges, and ticketing service fees are added in addition to the ticket price. The full total will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Payment schedule

✅Payment 1 is due at checkout.

✅Payment 2 is due March 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM

✅Payment 3 is due April 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM

Installment amounts
Payments 2 and 3 are equal installments of the remaining ticket balance. Applicable taxes and fees apply in addition to the ticket price and will be calculated and disclosed at checkout.

PAYMENT PLAN TERMS (STRICT, NO EXCEPTIONS)
This payment plan is available for Weekend Passes only. Add on tickets are not eligible.
All payments must be completed on time. Late payments are not accepted. No exceptions.
If any payment is missed, the order will be cancelled and the initial payment will be forfeited as an administrative fee and is non refundable.
Entry is not permitted unless all payments are completed in full.
Your Weekend Pass QR code is issued only after the final payment is successfully completed.

Ticket delivery and wristband pickup
-Weekend Pass holders who pay in full receive their Weekend Pass QR code immediately after purchase. Bring your Eventbrite confirmation and valid government photo ID to collect your wristband at the Welcome Centre.

-Pay Plan holders receive their Weekend Pass QR code only after the final payment is completed. Your code will be delivered by email to the address used at checkout.

Wristband pickup and entry

-Weekend Pass entry requires wristband pickup.
-Welcome Centre dates: July 31 to August 2, 2026
-Official hours and location will be emailed to pass holders no later than July 21, 2026
-Bring valid government photo ID and your Eventbrite confirmation. The name on your ID must match the ticket.

Wristband rules
-Wristbands are personal and non transferable. No exceptions.
-Once applied, the wristband must remain on your wrist for the full weekend.
-Lost, removed, damaged, or tampered wristbands are invalid and will not be replaced. No refunds.
-Wristbands do not exempt you from venue rules, entry requirements, or event code of conduct.
-The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who violates event rules or displays inappropriate behavior.

Ticket policy
-This event takes place in Vancouver. The venue address will be shared with confirmed ticket holders closer to the event date.
-All sales are final. Tickets are non refundable. Tickets are non transferable.
-Venue changes within Vancouver do not qualify for a refund.
-Lineup, set times, and event programming are subject to change.
-This pass is not transferable and may not be resold.
