MACFEST 2025 :International Youth Speak Out on Environment!

Join us as we host a special panel with young people from five countries! School students will share their thoughts, and discuss and devise strategies to address pressing environmental issues in their countries.

They will share their knowledge, experiences, and innovative solutions for protecting our planet.

Asmaa Mohammed Dhannon, Cambridge International School Erbil.

Benbassam Abdeselam, UGR University of Granada, Spain

Muhammed Azzam Mohammed, Johannes Kepler Gymnasium, Germany.

They will be introduced by their teachers or headteachers.

Moderated by: Professor Sorhaila Latip-Yusoph, multi-media practitioner and educator, Mindanao State University, Marawi, Philippines.

Chief Guest: Sherilyn MacGregor, Prof of Environmental Politics, University of Manchester.
