Come join us for a macaron class on Friday, October 18th. Class starts at 5:00pm and will last roughly two or two and a half hours.This class will be for those who love to bake and would like to learn our macaron method. We use the Italian method vs the common French method.
The cost is $175 per person, plus tax.
Each student will make their own macarons, start to finish, and get to take home about three to four dozen macarons. I'll share with you all my tips and tricks for macs!
You will also receive:
*recipes for the macarons, as well as Italian buttercream and chocolate ganache
*gift boxes to package your macarons in- you can share these with your friends/family or pop them in the freezer for yourself later
Class includes water, coffee, sandwiches, and desserts to snack on during resting/baking.
Limited to four per class, minimum age of 15.
