Macaloney's Whisky Tasting & Distillery Tour

Step inside Macaloney's Island Distillery—Canada’s most awarded craft distillery—for an immersive whisky experience as part of Victoria Cocktail Week.

Your visit begins with a behind-the-scenes 45-minute tour of the distillery, where you’ll learn about the craftsmanship, ingredients, and process behind their internationally recognised whisky. From there, you’ll be guided through a curated tasting, exploring the depth, character, and nuance of their spirits.

Then, settle in as those same whiskies are transformed into thoughtfully crafted cocktails, showcasing their versatility and complexity in an entirely new way. Each experience is paired with a selection of charcuterie, carefully chosen to complement the flavours and round out the evening.

With multiple time slots available across April 16, 17, and 18, this is a rare opportunity to experience whisky from grain to glass, ending, as it should, with a perfectly balanced cocktail.
