Are you thinking about making a killer mac & cheese to serve at your sports ball party? This is your opportunity to perfect your recipe before the big game. First place winner not only gets bragging rights, but also a limited-edition Birdsong apron! Save the date for our second annual Mac & Cheese Bake Off, which will take place on Sunday, February 1st, from 1:00-3:00 PM.
There will be a limited number of competition entries, so sign up early if you want to compete!
The winners will be awarded the following prizes:
🥇 Birdsong Apron + $20 gift card

🥉 $15 gift card
Amateur cooks from all over are invited to bake their best BAKED Mac & Cheese.
*This event is for amateurs only; no restaurants, businesses, or promotions allowed*

Entries close on January 30.
- Bring enough baked mac & cheese for around 100 people *to taste* in (2) Half Size (11 3/4" x 9 3/8" x 2 9/16") aluminum baking pans. Birdsong will provide chafing dish set up to keep your mac & cheese hot.
- Provide a list of possible allergies AND choose a currently-available Birdsong beer that pairs best with your mac & cheese.
Birdsong will provide cups and spoons for tasting.
- Baked mac & cheese must be hot and ready to serve.
- Limit 2 toppings. Bring your own serving spoon.

Pay $10 to receive a wristband. (you must have a wristband!)
