Sunflowers, with their radiant petals and steadfast stems, symbolize strength, growth, and positivity. As the autumn equinox approaches, we turn to these luminous flowers to infuse us with their vibrant energy. The Mabon celebration will focus on harnessing the revitalizing essence of sunflowers, preparing us for the seasonal shift and the demands of the fall season.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), autumn is the season of the Metal element and the Lungs. It’s a time to let go, reflect, and strengthen our inner selves. During our celebration, we will explore the connection between Mabon, the equinox, and the Metal element, using flower essences and crystal energies to support our journey into autumn.

Discover the magic of our specially crafted Mabon Equinox and Sunflower Elixirs. These elixirs, infused with the essence of the season, will help you align with the natural rhythms and harness the transformative energy of the equinox. The Equinox Elixir can be pre-ordered on our website or purchased on the night of the celebration, should you desire.

Immerse yourself in the healing frequencies of our sound bath, featuring instruments tuned to the heart-centered frequency of 432 Hz. Enjoy the enchanting sounds of colored crystal bowls, crystal harp, Pyramid Thali gongs, and much more. This multisensory experience will guide you through a journey of relaxation and renewal, harmonizing your body, mind, and spirit. The session is designed to be enjoyed seated, but you are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer to lie down.

Your health and comfort are our top priorities. Our intimate gathering is limited to 10 participants to ensure a safe and personal experience. We use high-powered air filtration systems to keep the environment safe. Please leave your outside shoes by the door; feel free to bring socks or slippers for added comfort. If you're not feeling well on the day of the event, call or text us to transfer your ticket to a Zoom attendance ticket.
