MABA DALLAS GALA 2022

The Mexican-American Bar Association of Dallas (MABA-D) presents our annual gala with this year’s theme – 1930s - 1950s Golden Age of Mexican cinema. Join us in person on Saturday, September 10, 2022, from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm to introduce and celebrate our 2022 scholarship recipients!

This year's "Golden Age of Mexican cinema" is guaranteed to be a night of celebration! Many of the greatest Mexican films of all time were made during the Golden Age of Mexican Cinema (the 1930s through the late 1950s), an era of timeless stars, legendary directors, and critically-acclaimed film classics. This era is known for the birth of the beloved Cantinflas character, the start of Pedro Infante and the beautiful Maria Felix, among all other iconic stars.

MABA-D is proud to celebrate its 5th year of providing scholarships to 6 law students from our local law schools. With your support, we will continue to advance and empower Latino/Hispanic legal professionals and the Latino/Hispanic community through service and advocacy.
