MAAP SMASH

SMASH: A midweek ride to get the legs fired up!

The LaB Berlin SMASH ride is a faster pace ride where we average approx 30+km/h for around 1.5 - 2 hours. While the pace will be high, the focus is on going fast together, so expect to be rotating off the front and managing those pace lines.

Please note, we will start and finish at the LaB but we will not be able to offer a bag drop.

Helmets are compulsory as well as front & rear brakes on all MAAP hosted rides.

Please ensure you download the route and let the ride leader know if it’s your first time joining us so they can be sure to give you a warm welcome.

*** IMPORTANT DETAILS PLEASE READ ***

1. You are responsible for your nutrition and hydration for the entirety of the ride.

2. You are also responsible for your mechanical support – bring tubes and/or CO2 cartridges in case of a flat or lite mechanical.

3. Please be mindful of others on the road and their riding abilities, and follow instructions from the ride leader.

4. You must obey all road rules and regulations.

5. You must wear a helmet and have a bike equipped with front and rear brakes
