Lørdag Pizza with Teena Anderson

Norwegians eat the most pizza in the world per capita, and Saturday (lørdag) is the favorite night to indulge. But Norwegian pizza isn’t just any pizza—it features distinctly Nordic flavors that are both unique and delicious!

Join us at Norway House for an afternoon of hands-on pizza making with Teena Anderson, owner of and a regular guest on Twin Cities Live and Fox 9 Good Day.

In this interactive class, you’ll make your own dough, then top it with modern Nordic ingredients like smoked salmon, hot honey, shrimp, white sauce with potatoes, bacon, and more! Attendees will also get hands-on with chopping and dicing, all while sipping an optional beverage available for purchase from our Kaffebar.

Designed as a small-group cook-along, this class fosters community, connection, and conversation around food traditions. And in the spirit of sharing, the whole family is invited to join this collaborative cooking experience! 🍕✨
