De-stress and let loose in this uplifting, free-flowing lyrical 6 week dance course, taught by professional George Sage.
The contemporary based class will be taught at an Open level working on warm up, stretches, techniques and building on beautiful choreography.
Starts Weds 15th May 6-7pm.
