Applying concepts like grid work, sacred geometry, sensual embodiment and musicality to both aerial lyra and dance. Join Alyssa and Kendra in this specialty collaborative workshop where students will explore movement on the floor as well as inside the hoop. Following flow art concepts, while tapping into a technical and stylized approach, learning the importance of musicality as a performing artist. Come dance, hang out, explore mathematics and pathways on the floor and through the hoop! Prerequisite of 3 previous Lyra classes. Beginner dancers welcome.
