Lyra Transitions

How do we get from one pose to the next? In this class we'll be drilling specific rolls, beginner drops, and other transitions to get from point A to point B on the lyra.
Prior lyra experience is required for this class. Prerequisites include familiarity with delilah, amazon, and cradle - but if you are interested in attending but unsure about specific poses, please feel free to check in with the instructor.
Accommodations will be provided wherever possible.
This two week series runs Thursdays, June 25th & July 2nd 6:30-7:30pm.
This class is $55 or 10 tokens for the two weeks, and is included on Unlimited Passes.
