Get back to basics with some foundational lyra skills!
In this class we'll be discussing some basic safety and body mechanics with the different ways we get into the hoop. We'll also balance the technical aspects with softer but deeply necessary skills for sustainable practice, like self-awareness, finding your breath, and building trust between you and your body.
This class is open to all levels.
Please wear leggings (must go past the knee) and a comfortable, relatively tight-fitting top (any length sleeves, crop tops not recommended). Socks are optional.
This class is $26 or 5 tokens, and is included on all Unlimited Passes.
