This 4 week series is on Lyra Hoop, or Aerial Hoop as it is sometimes called. This will be a level 1 series, but we require you've taken at least 1-2 INTRO TO LYRA preferred, or level 1 drop in classes before committing to the series.
We will focus on building hand grip and upper body strength, knee locks, & some beautiful beginner poses within the hoop :)
