Have you already enrolled in a Lyra 101 series? Or even taken the series multiple times to ensure you have a solid foundation? Then it's time for 201!
This class will build on knowledge we've already covered in 101 - posture, body awareness, and some static poses - to work on new challenges, like spin control, balance, transitions, and clarity of movement.
Class activities are able to be adjusted to meet students where they are at, and anyone who is interested is encouraged to reserve their spot.
This four week series runs Mondays, December 15th-January 5th 7:00-8:00pm.
This class is $110 or 20 tokens for all four weeks, and is included on all Unlimited Passes.
