The Brass Tap Baltimore invites you to an exclusive four-course rum dinner featuring Lyon Rum, a curated evening of craft cocktails, thoughtfully paired food, and guided tastings led by a Lyon Rum representative.
Every detail has been considered. Every course has been paired. All you have to do is show up.
The Evening:
Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed with a craft cocktail and appetizer, the first of many pairings of the night. A Lyon Rum representative will be on hand throughout the evening to guide you through four rum tastings, sharing the story behind each pour.
Four Courses. Four Tastings. Four Cocktails.
Each of the four courses includes:
- A Lyon Rum tasting
- A handcrafted cocktail pairing
- A plated food item
The first rum pairs with your welcome cocktail and appetizer. Three additional seated courses follow each one building on the last.

Every guest receives a take-home engraved glass from Lyon Rum
Lyon Rum will also be available for purchase at this event.
