Spread gratitude in your neighborhood! Join LNA’s Crime & Safety Committee for a neighborhood walk to deliver YOUR Letters of Thanks around the neighborhood. All are welcome!
The walk will start and end at 3542 Garfield Ave S. #1. We will meet at Noon. The route and distance will be determined by the Letters of Thanks that need to be delivered.
Jeanne W. will serve vegetarian chili at their home after the walk for anyone that would like to stay after the event.

Letter of Thanks
Express your gratitude for a neighbor or local business by writing a Letter of Thanks to be delivered during the Thanks Walk—no postage required!
To ensure delivery, letters must:
- Be fully addressed, including apartment number.
- Have a recipient that lives or operates within the boundaries of the Lyndale Neighborhood: Lake Street to 36th Avenue and 35W to Lyndale Avenue.
Letters will be collected at the following designated drop-off locations:
- SNAC Office (3537 Nicollet Ave.) 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Thursday, November 7 or Tuesday, November 12.
- 3542 Garfield Ave S #1, please place letters on the front steps in a closed plastic bag by Friday, November 10.
