Lyberarchelulo Duets with Andrew Gibbens and special guests

AUG 21 The Lyberarchelulo Duets residency series returns with Andrew Gibbens joined by Erin Dalton. The married couple have been collaborating musically in one form or another since they met twelve years ago. Today their primary musical collaboration centers around the band Charlie Maples. Erin has been featured on Lyberarchelulo recordings, such as “Course Park Humms Electric.”
Alexi Leo will share an opening set. Alexi frequently accompanies Charlie Maples on the trumpet as part of the horn section, The Shenanigans. As has become a custom, Alexi will join Andrew and Erin for some improvised explorations.

SEPT 18 Andrew Gibbens is joined by ambient lap steel and harmonica player Jason Goforth from Nashville. Friends for many years, this is Andrew and Jason’s first live performance together. Maggie Ledes, Johnson City’s noise musician extrodinaire, will introduce the sounds of her handmade springboard during the set.

OCT 16 Andrew Gibbens is joined by guitarist Patrick Taylor. Andrew and Patrick have been making music together since 2010 having been members of This Mountain and Amythyst Kiah & Her Chest of Glass. Patrick has been featured of both Lyberarchelulo albums.
Tyler Luttrell will open the evening. Luttrell is a multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter. He will join Andrew and Patrick for some improvised explorations.

NOV 20 For the final Lyberarchelulo Duets performance of the series features Johnson City drummer, percussionist, multi-instrumentalist, Adrian Nunez. Adrian has joined Andrew Gibbens for a few Lyberarchelulo excursions.
Camden Benoit of Abingdon, a multi-instrumentalist, singer, and songwriter will open the evening, and join Andrew and Adrian for an improvised exploration.
