Join us for Coffee, Carbs, Cards, Conversations, Connections, and Community!!! and Creative Activities!?!

We are having our regular e/o Friday meeting at Hangout For Art! They will be opening early just for us so we have the entire place to ourselves to gather, connect, and not be pressured to get out quick. LOL!! We will be meeting here every other Friday so mark your calendars!! The doors will be open by 8:45am. Please arrive promptly to grab a seat, some eats and drinks, and browse the studio. The intros will begin at 9:15am so we can be sure that everyone gets a chance to be heard before anyone has to leave.

Cost is $10 pp to cover drinks, food and space, and is payable via credit/debit card and EventBrite. Spots must be reserved by Thursday prior to 8pm in order to plan for food and beverages. Tickets purchased after the cutoff (or walk-ins the day of) will be charged $15 per person. Menu will include small breakfast items such as yogurt and oatmeal bar, bagels, croissants, fruit, coffees, teas, etc. Other options will vary each week as we navigate this new venture! (Suggestions are welcome!) Please reserve your space at least 24 hours prior to the gathering in order to properly plan the menu.

For those who can stay afterwards, we will have the option to do a small creative activity! This will change each week so stay tuned to the event for more details!! This will be an additional fee payable to Hangout For Art. (fee approximately $20-$30) Creative activities will begin at 11am.

We are a casual, conversational group that wants to get to know you and build relationships with each other. The priority for these meetings will be our self-introductions and the conversations that ensue. We don't have a formal presentation or official format. Come as you are and introduce yourself. Meet other fabulous ladies. What are you planning? How can we help you make it happen? Bring some cards, a friend, and a positive attitude! We can't wait to find out more about you and your business! Not currently a business owner or looking to make a change? Great! All are welcome!

Please note that there is no end time listed because we never know where the conversation will take us! If you need to leave for another appointment we totally understand. We'd love to have you no matter how long you can stay! The best connections are made at the after party!

A quick reminder of a few rules for our in-person meetings:

1. Everyone will have a chance to tell us about themselves during our "roundtable" at the beginning of the meeting. Finding out more about each other is why we are here and it is the main priority.

2. Upcoming events and announcements will be reserved until after everyone has had a chance to introduce themselves, assuming there is time.

3. All materials to be shared with the group must be reserved until the end. This includes business cards, fliers, marketing materials, products, etc. We want to focus on the people, not the stuff.

4. Please respect each other's time. If you need to leave for an appointment or other meeting we totally understand.

5. Do not interrupt other people's conversations. Please use your manners.

6. Do not monopolize any individual's time, especially new members and attendees. We are all here to learn about each other and make new connections. We encourage everyone to setup a one-on-one to allow for longer conversations.
