Back for another year, this Stollen workshop is a chance to make one of the best things about Christmas! Leave the session with a full recipe, the know-how & your own Stollen, baked and glazed.
The excellent facilities at Houlton School mean you have your own workstation to mix & shape your own batch. All ingredients & lots of help provided. Dairy Free or Vegan can be catered for. Disabled access and facilities available. Suitable for all ages & abilities, Under 12's require adult supervision.
Please bring an apron and any questions you may have!
