The Element Key is both an international artist network and a unique jamming method: a structured improvisation where music, movement, storytelling, poetry, painting and other arts merge into spontaneous compositions. The facilitators share an educational introduction after the meditation, teaching five simple hand signs — Earth (repeat), Water (follow), Air (flow), Fire (solo) and Space (be silent and observe). These signs allow everyone to compose and co-create together in real time. Each round has an Avatar who guides the jam while everyone else supports and responds to their vision. Everyone can become an Avatar. The result is a living performance that is never the same twice — shaped by the moment, the people and the energy in the room.

She brings to Element Key circles mainly her words of wisdom, empowering story telling, goddess movement & creativity!
Karina has been working in the field of human potential since the 1990s. She holds a degree in psychology & has extensive training in holistic therapeutic work, sexology & embodiment practices. Her work also draws from decades of experience as a meditation teacher, doula, dance teacher & performer, as well as facilitating transformational spaces.
Karina has trained deeply in contemplative traditions, including eight years of instructor training in the Direct Path of Self-Realization within the Dzogchen (a tantric lineage), which she has been teaching since 2008. She also offers coaching and mentoring for coaches and therapists, as well as circles for women.
But beyond roles and titles, what many people feel most strongly in her presence is the unique quality she brings into the space:
She embodies calm clarity that cuts through illusion without aggression.
She is both softness and precision.

Together since 2018, Karina & Philip work as self-mastery and happiness mentors with groups & private sessions. They also offer trauma healing support, addiction recovery guidance, personalized meditation practices & conflict mediation.

Mats Graf is offering his studio, the iSenter, and his multitude of musical instruments for this special gathering. Mats is a multi-instrumentalist playing various genres, both rhythmic and ambient music. He is also an acupuncturist, massage therapist, yoga/meditation teacher and spiritual coach.
One of the unique elements of his therapeutic practice is offering live, intuitive music during the resting phase of an acupuncture session. Using a variety of instruments, he creates a personal sound journey for each client, supporting deep relaxation and complementing the therapeutic process.

Philip is a self‑mastery coach and professional drummer/percussionist with many years of experience holding deep, heart‑centered group spaces. His work weaves together mindfulness, embodiment, leadership training and live music, helping people feel safe enough to open, play and transform. On stage and in the circle he brings a rare mix of grounded clarity, rhythmic fire and emotional sensitivity – creating fields where both silence and sound can guide us into deeper connection with ourselves and each other. She brings to Element Key circles mainly her words of wisdom, empowering story telling, goddess movement & creativity!
Karina has been working in the field of human potential since the 1990s. She holds a degree in psychology & has extensive training in holistic therapeutic work, sexology & embodiment practices. Her work also draws from decades of experience as a meditation teacher, doula, dance teacher & performer, as well as facilitating transformational spaces.
Karina has trained deeply in contemplative traditions, including eight years of instructor training in the Direct Path of Self-Realization within the Dzogchen (a tantric lineage), which she has been teaching since 2008. She also offers coaching and mentoring for coaches and therapists, as well as circles for women.
But beyond roles and titles, what many people feel most strongly in her presence is the unique quality she brings into the space:
She embodies calm clarity that cuts through illusion without aggression.
She is both softness and precision.
Entertainer and depth-holder.
Heart and fire.

Together since 2018, Karina & Philip work as self-mastery and happiness mentors with groups & private sessions. Their work includes satsangs, awakening ceremonies to love-consciousness without psychoactive plants, and guidance in areas such as healthy habits, leadership coaching, empowered and tantric sexuality, relationship harmonization and couples sessions. They also offer trauma healing support, addiction recovery guidance, personalized meditation practices & conflict mediation.

Part of the essence of what they contribute is to serve as a living mirror for participants. In their presence, people are gently reflected back to the recognition of their own nature as loving aware presence. Karina and Philip facilitate from a place where this recognition has been deeply integrated and refined in their own lives — shaping how they live, feel, think and relate to others. From this embodied space, participants are invited to rediscover the same clarity, openness and love within themselves.
✨ 𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗦 𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗙 - HOST
Mats Graf is offering his studio, the iSenter, and his multitude of musical instruments for this special gathering. Mats is a multi-instrumentalist playing various genres, both rhythmic and ambient music. He is also an acupuncturist, massage therapist, yoga/meditation teacher and spiritual coach.
One of the unique elements of his therapeutic practice is offering live, intuitive music during the resting phase of an acupuncture session. Using a variety of instruments, he creates a personal sound journey for each client, supporting deep relaxation and complementing the therapeutic process.
The iSenter studio is also available for workshops, events and various creative gatherings. The fully equipped therapeutic clinic part of the studio will also be available for rent part-time from August, feel free to send Mats a private message if you are interested. www.isenter.no

Since we depend on the deposits to plan the sustainability of the event in a place with limited space, if you need to cancel after paying:
• 7 days or more before the event: refund of half the amount
• Less than 7 days before the event: no refunds, except if there is a heavy storm all day and we cannot fit everyone in the covered areas
• In either case you may sell your ticket
