The Luxury Box Club was founded in 2022. It will have 100 plus investing and founding members. People want access to select area and network with professionals.
Initiation fee and annual fees gets access and earn money as managing partners. The building amenities- include selecting members, private dates, club rentals.
Members can network with finance, real estate, film, fashion, and the political world. Our goal is to build an affluent and power clubs in NYC. We want notable and creative members everything from fashion and designer to Real Estate and Banking.
Amenities will include access to (3) floors and select members only bar/lounge access, roof deck, cigar areas and screening room. We will develop multiple locations, where amenities will range from dining, humidor & cigars, card rooms, as well as a lounge.
New York City has all the makings for a resurgence in nightlife. But exclusivity is important. Our goal to create a top members-only brand in New York. There are more millionaires than any other city in the world. More professionals. Access to financiers, socialites, and industry leaders.
Last we will have a calendar of events some where a jacket is required and business attire is required on this day
Ambassadors Level - Control entry into club, recruit, they generate income from members & events..
Members - Annual dues for regular members start at $3,000, plus a $500 initiation fee.
Our goal is to be one of the most popular and Influential private clubs.
