This time is for you! Have you ever wanted to have 3 hours of reset just for yourself? Join us for a 3 hour Winter Restorative practice...your own mini retreat!
During this time, you’ll experience gentle stretching & breath practices to refresh your energy; ambient room temperature of 75-78; essential oils & healing music to calm the senses; restorative poses with assists (optional) for propping and comfort; all with yoga nidra guidance woven throughout the practice. The simple practice of Yoga Nidra, where you literally need to do nothing, guides you through the koshas to rest at your essential nature, your most beautiful you. Come join us for this time of friendship, relaxation and restoration to rejuvenate your soul and nurture your body during the winter cold and flurry of activity.
Note: Props will be available for all, but consider bringing favorite pillows, blankets, props, anything that helps you relax. You can even wear your pajamas! Pajama yoga is the best!
