Santini blends Tuscan warmth, Roman romance and modern Perth sophistication into one striking Sorrento-inspired space. With a Mediterranean foundation soaked in local WA produce, the menu is deliciously unorthodox, bold, refined and designed to tempt both palate and soul.

This exclusive evening will feature a three-course feasting menu, curated by the Executive Chef and served shared-style to the table.
