There will be no refunds or exchanges of any kind at the LUX Rave Store and all sales are final sale.
You'll receive your free gift when you stop by the store. If you make a purchase you'll receive it at check out. If you do not make a purchase show any staff that you've RSVP'd from the ticket link and they will give you your gift. ?
