Lush: Pleasure in the Reveal

Lush: Pleasure in the Reveal is a 4-session embodied exploration of confidence, authenticity, and mind–body connection through burlesque-inspired movement and trauma-informed psychological practices.

This intimate series invites participants to slow down, listen inward, and gently reveal layers of self through pleasure, sensation, and choice. Drawing from burlesque philosophy, nervous system awareness, and creative self-expression, we’ll explore how pleasure can be a pathway to regulation, self-trust, and authentic confidence—on and off the dance floor.

Each session blends guided movement, embodied reflection, and experiential practices designed to support:

• Increased confidence and self-expression
• A deeper connection to desire and internal cues
• Strengthened body–mind awareness
• Pleasure as a resource for grounding, resilience, and empowerment

This is not about performance or perfection. It’s about agency, presence, and reclaiming your body as a place you get to inhabit fully—at your own pace, in your own way.
