We invite you to join us for the annual LUNG FORCE Sunset Soiree, brought to you by Title Sponsor, Memorial Cancer Institute, and Presented by the Erwin and Barbara Mautner Foundation. The 2024 Sunset Soiree will take place at the Addison Boca Raton, on Friday, June 7, 2024.Tickets and tables are available now at: http://lungforcesunsetsoiree.org/
This year's Sunset Soiree will transport guests to the Glamour of the Gilded age, as guests step into the Posh Parlor Lounge, complete with interactive photo experiences sponsored by UKG and live entertainment beneath the beautiful banyan trees.
The Posh Parlor will be filled with additional custom activations and themed cocktails by Tito's Handmade Vodka and Fever Tree mixers, as well as a tempting silent auction, and the music styles of DJ Oscar Gonzalez. A meaningful dinner program will round out the evening's festivities, featuring the Light the Way LUNG FORCE Leader Recognition, powered by FPL. The Soiree will conclude with music and dancing under the stars in the not-to-be-missed after party!
This one-of-a-kind event is designed to raise much-needed funds to support the fight against lung cancer, and drive awareness for this vital cause.
Some statistics that may shock you:
• Lung cancer is the #1 leading cause of cancer deaths in the U.S.
• Every day 356 Americans lose their lives to lung cancer, with a new diagnosis occurring every 2 minutes.
• Only 26.6% of lung cancer cases are diagnosed early when the disease is most curable.
• It is estimated that over 235,000 Americans will be diagnosed this year with lung cancer.
Through the success of fundraising events like the LUNG FORCE Sunset Soiree, 90 cents of every dollar raised is able to fund the American Lung Association's mission to tackle lung cancer, provide community support programs, and advance advocacy efforts.
