Join OU Health Stephenson Cancer Center from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 9, for a lung cancer screening. Those eligible will receive a low-dose CT scan and learn more about free tobacco cessation resources. Screenings are offered at no cost to participants.You may be eligible for screening if you:
• Are ages 50 to 80 years old
• and currently smoke or have quit in the past 15 years,
• and have at least a 20 pack-year smoking history. (This is the number of packs of cigarettes per day multiplied by the number of years smoked.)
