Lunderston Bay - deep drop , open water sea swim adventure

Open water sea swimming session at Lunderston Bay , Gourock, termed a deep drop where you will enter the safety boat from the shore, dropped out into the Clyde and you swim back into the bay where a very visible marker buoy will be placed. The benefit of this swim is that you will be able to choose your distance 250m, 500, 750m or 1000m . Tow floats, bright caps / hats and wetsuits are mandatory, this is not suitable for Novice swimmers (additional sessions can always be arranged on request). To book please get in touch.
