are a dynamic, young chamber ensemble based in London made up of recent graduates from the Royal Academy and Royal College of Music. They are committed ambassadors for wind chamber music and the rich variety of repertoire that it offers.

Their main focus is to perform, promote and make a case for works not in the canon but deserve to be so. This is highlighted in the six hidden gems that will feature on their debut album being released in 2023 with Champs Hill Records. The disc brings together wind quintet music from every decade from 1960 to 2010 and includes three world premiere recordings. Included is Elizabeth Maconchy’s Wind Quintet (written 1981) with which they won the Royal Academy of Music’s Historical Woman Composer Prize 2022 - after a very worthwhile visit to the Maconchy archive within St Hilda’s College, Oxford.

The group recently won the prestigious Tunnel Trust award, earning them a tour of Scottish music clubs in 2024. Over the next few months they will perform across London including at St Stephen’s, Walbrooke and with Music at Hill.
