11-year-old Dillon Chan studies piano with Caroline Almonte and Michael Endres. Dillon has won 1st prize at the International Fryderyk Chopin Competition for Children and Youth in Poland, and 4th prize plus Special Commendation for Young Talent at the Ettlingen International Piano Competition in Germany. He will perform Chopin Nocturne in F-sharp major, and his Ettlingen program: Liszt La leggierezza, Mozart Sonata in C minor 1st Mvt., Schumann Abegg Variartions, and Ravel Alborada del gracioso.

About our Lunchtime Concert Series:
A series of lunchtime concerts was launched in April 2013 to encourage city workers and others to come into and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the Cathedral during the day. These concerts at 1pm on Wednesdays provide fine music and space for contemplation in the midst of a busy week.
